DC3 - Detroit Creative Corridor Center

The Detroit Creative Corridor Center is designed to support the growth of Detroit¹s creative economy through delivering business acceleration and attraction services and developing signature programming tailored specifically to creative professionals¹ needs.

The physical home of the Detroit Creative Corridor Center is a flexible, technology rich, design forward workspace for creative sector businesses seeking a soft launch in a professional, inspiring, and innovative environment. It is also home to the DC3¹s Creative Ventures Program, where such firms are supported through access to collaborative work space, shared tooling and resources, and strategic,
collaborative exchanges with other DC3 members and creative professionals from the region, nation and abroad.

The DC3 is committed to promoting the success of the creative economy in Detroit, and believe that Detroit¹s Creative Corridor is quickly becoming home to some of the nation¹s most innovative creative practitioners. We are working with creative sector businesses from world-class advertising agencies to up-and-coming fashion designers to ensure that creative talent is informed of the opportunities in the city, supported in their business functions, and supported in the development of their creativity and business skill.

In every major auto show from Paris to Frankfurt to Geneva to Shanghai to Tokyo, there are industry events celebrating the design/technical talent and innovative concepts of professionals in this field. Detroit has been the automotive capital of the world for the past century and it is our collective responsibility and stewardship to maintain this legacy for future generations. As an industry and community, we have united to create the MotorCity Auto Industry Night (or MAIN) Event which premiered during the North American International Auto Show in Jan 2011. The Supplier Blog

If you work in the auto industry, The Supplier Blog is the only place where you can find the latest news about automotive appearance component market issues, consumer trends and technologies - all in one location. Whether you are a dealer and want to see what will move the metal faster, or you are a manufacturer and need to keep up with the latest in trends, we plan to bring it all here. There are some interesting and controversial topics being planned, from marketing tactics that work to products that don’t (and visa-versa). We will do our best to bring all sides to the table and will participate in the conversations with as much humor and irreverence as we can muster. Who knows, we may surprise you by debunking some common myths or even help discover the next great earth-shattering idea. It’s pretty simple really.

So, watch this site for automotive industry “inside” information. The blog will be updated weekly with news from our travels around the world, customer insights, sneak peaks on future products and hopefully we will do our best to answer all your questions.
